    The City of Cullman does not accept payment for business licenses or alcohol licenses online at this time. However, the application forms are available for download on this site for your convenience. All forms must be printed and signed in all of the applicable places. Completed forms should be mailed, along with payment, to the City of Cullman. You may also deliver your application and payment to the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours. Renewal applications received after January 31, 2012, may be subject to additional charges. Please check your application carefully before submitting, as an incomplete or incorrect application may delay the issuance of your business or alcohol license. If you have problems downloading these forms please click here to report the problem or to request forms by mail, fax, or email.
