The Holiday Events Department is responsible for purchasing, setting up, removing and maintaining the City's holiday decorations. Holiday decorations include Christmas banners and lighted ornaments, which are placed along the City rights-of-way, and the lighted Christmas displays placed both inside and outside Cullman City Hall.

The head of the Holiday Events Department is Jerry Paul. Mr. Paul is also Superintendent of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Traffic Maintenance Department.

The City of Cullman Holiday Events Department is located on Welti Road in Cullman.
