The City of Cullman Municipal Court Clerk's Office is responsible
for processing all traffic tickets, criminal misdemeanor cases,
and municipal
ordinance violations made by the
City of Cullman Police Department. The
Municipal Court Clerk's Office receives payments for fines and
issues warrants of arrest on misdemeanor cases.
City
of Cullman Municipal Court hearings and trials are held inside the
Lucille N. Galin Municipal Auditorium, which is located inside Cullman City Hall at 204 Second
Avenue Northeast.
When you arrive at City Hall to appear in court, enter
through the front doors of City Hall. You must pass through a metal
detector before entering the courtroom. Once inside, you should have a
seat and wait for your name to be called.
If you are unsure what date and time you are scheduled to appear
before the Municipal Court, or if you are unsure of the amount you
are required to pay for fines, restitution or court costs, please
contact the Municipal Court Clerk's Office during regular office
hours at (256) 775-7136.
You may bring payments for fines,
restitution, or any other court ordered payments to the City of
Cullman Municipal Court Clerk's Office which is
located inside Cullman City Hall at 204 Second
Avenue Northeast.
