The City of Cullman Human
Resources Department provides services in the areas of personnel, labor
relations, training and development, benefits administration, etc. for
employees of the City of Cullman. The Civil Service Director for the City of
Cullman is Bill Mangum. Human Resources Manager is Ruth Rose.
This office is responsible for maintaining a
comprehensive payroll system, maintaining employee records and files
required by federal, state and local agencies, and providing support
services to other departments.
