On weekends and after office hours contact Police Dispatch at (256) 734-1434. In order to repair the problem as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you can provide the name and location of the street or sidewalk.

Damaged Traffic Sign

It is a potentially dangerous situation when a traffic sign is missing, hidden by bushes or other obstructions or damaged by high winds or a collision. It is important for the safety of all our citizens and visitors of our City that a missing, hidden or damaged traffic sign be reported immediately. Contact the Street Department at (256) 775-8441 during regular office hours. After regular office hours or on weekends, contact Police Dispatch at (256) 734-1434. In order to repair the problem as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you can provide the name and location of the intersection and the nature of the problem.
