The City of Cullman Water Department
has many functions including, but not limited to, the following:
- Building, maintaining and replacing
water lines and connections.
- Repairing damaged water lines.
- Responding to service calls
regarding water leaks, high water bills, meter problems, etc.
- Setting up and maintaining customer
accounts.

Reading water meters.
- Billing and collecting payments for
water service.
- Answering customer questions regarding water rates, services
and bills.

The City of Cullman Wastewater Department has
many functions including, but not limited to, the following:

Building and replacing sanitary sewer lines, service
connections, manhole structures.

Inspecting and repairing existing sanitary sewer lines
and manhole structures and hydra-cleaning.

Responding to service calls.

Inspecting lines constructed by private contractors prior to
acceptance by the city.

Restoring streets, curbs and other construction site areas when
work is completed.
